Born in 1974, Leila was in desperate need of restoration, and we couldn’t refuse the challenge. Over a two-year period, she was lovingly restored to showroom condition using all original Wolfsburg West VW parts. The motor was removed and given a ‘top to bottom’ rebuild, and again, we replaced the original carburettors with twin Webbers. (Reliability is vital when transporting wedding parties). After two years of painstaking restoration Leila was finished and put to work.

Leila is a real head turner, when transporting Brides around Hervey Bay, with her stunning Spearmint coloured paint work. 

Leila is licenced to carry 7 passengers.
